Brasília (02/12/2025) – Different coffee Brands from Brazil in the World Of Coffee Dubai Fair, registered in the Agro.BR project, participated in the “World of Coffee” fair, from February 10 to 12, in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.

The presence at the fair is part of the mission of the Brazilian Agriculture and Livestock Confederation (CNA) to the region, with a focus on promoting Brazilian coffees.

During the three days of the event, producers and traders had the opportunity to get to know the fair space, the innovations in the coffee sector, identify local partners, as well as participate in business rounds with potential foreign buyers.

According to the CNA Commercial Promotion Coordinator, Rodrigo da Matta, more than 200 meetings were held, with an expected US$9.6 million in business over the next twelve months.

“This international participation in a sector event was a way of enabling contact between coffee producers and international buyers, roasters and distributors, thus enabling the sale of their coffee to everyone,” he said.

“Dubai has a very peculiar characteristic when it comes to coffee. Shopping malls and shopping centers are full of coffee shops, so why wouldn’t Brazil have a presence in the Emirates, since Dubai ends up dictating cultural behaviors through its modernity?” highlighted the International Relations advisor, Rosi Bandera.

Espírito Santo coffee producer Clério César Rampinelli said that this is the first time he has participated in a trade fair in the segment outside of Brazil, and he feels fulfilled by the opportunity to showcase his conilon coffee to other countries.

“CNA and Senar have joined forces to transform the lives of us producers, not only of coffee, but of other agricultural products.”

For coffee producer Carlos Coutinho from the Federal District, the event exceeded expectations. “The initial goal was to learn how to export our products directly, but it was much more than that. It was three days of great interaction with potential buyers and knowledge acquisition. The business environment created by the Agro.BR team was spectacular. We can say that we expanded our plans.”

On Thursday (13) and Friday (14), the delegation will have an intense program of technical visits and events with coffee shops, roasters, importers and Arab representatives, with the aim of promoting the image of Brazilian coffee.

The visits will take place at the Grandmother Coffee Roastery, Nightjar Coffee Roasters, the Experience Lab by Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino and the DMCC Coffee Centre. The entrepreneurs will also have a cupping session at the Roastery.
