There is a giant bronze statue dedicated to Psy's hit song "Gangnam Style" located in the Gangnam district of Seoul, South Korea. The 5-meter high and 8-meter wide sculpture depicts two interlocked fists in the style of the song's iconic "horse-riding" dance move.

Gangnam nightlife

Gangnam is known for its luxurious, posh, and energetic nightlife scene. It's often compared to Beverly Hills with high-end clubs, fancy restaurants, and upscale bars. Luckily we could find a restaurant that money could afford, the food was delicious (Korean BBQ), a special note for the home-made Makgeolli (pronounced magoli) offered there.

Starfield Library

Located in the center of COEX Mall, Starfield Library is an open public space where anyone can freely come to sit down, take a break, and immerse themselves in books. Many K-Dramas were filmed here, such as The Record of Youth. Such a nice place for a first date, don't you think?

Joseon Dynasty

During the Joseon Dynasty, Buddhism in Korea was severely suppressed. However, The temple began to be known as Bongeunsa when it was reconstructed in 1498 under the patronage of Queen Jeonghyeon, a Joseon Queen. The term Bongeunsa means the act of honouring the king, which here can be understood as taking the form of praying for king Seongjong's eternal life.
