A new year is about to start and with that new resolutions

I saw a meme this year that said December is the "Friday" month of the year, which means for many a time to slow down and understand what has been done/ made during the year, celebrate another year that has passed and of course, to think about new goals and intentions for the fresh year ahead, the new year brings an opportunity to initiate meaningful changes.

Some popular New Year's resolution ideas for 2024 include focusing on a passion, working out to feel good, not just to be thinner, try something new each month among others. These resolutions aim to promote personal growth, well-being, and positive change in the new year.

The wind of change

One thing I've practised this year while talking to my nutritionist is that if I'm willing to be healthier and have a more balanced life, I have to first start by understanding and recording what I have now, and once I know where I am, then I'll be ready to take off, towards where I would like to be, this metaphor can be applied to anything.
